Unused/unopened products can be refunded or credited within 45 days of the delivery date. Used merchandise will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. Email us at [email protected] before making a return shipment.
Defective items will be replaced under warranty.
What do I need to do to return my item/s?
-Set up a return by emailing us at [email protected]
-Returns must be post marked within 7 days of return authorization
-Include a note in the package with the order number, your name, and phone number.
-Packaging must be insured in safely packaged. Damaged products due to shipping may not be accepted.
-Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Zealous Downhill will issue refunds on non-warranty items once items have been received and determined undamaged. We will notify you once we have issued the refund. Refunds may take 4-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Refunds must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return or credit. An insured/trackable shipping service is required. We do not require a RA (Return Authorization). Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Any promotional items such as free T-shirts, T-Tools, or hardware that is received with the order must also be returned in order to receive a full refund. Not returning a promotional item will result in the un-returned item’s retail value being deducted from the refund the customer receives.
If you believe to have a defective product contact us at [email protected] and we will determine if the product is in fact defective. All defective products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of the seller. Items that have been abused in any way cannot be returned. Abuse includes but is not limited to; riding in wet, salty or rust inducing conditions, using bearings in wheels without proper spacing, disassembled bearings, bearings that have been mixed and matched.
Longboarding/skateboarding is inherently dangerous. Always make sure you property check all of your gear to make sure it is in good working order before attempting to longboard/skateboard in any way. Use our products at your own risk. Always skate within your ability, use proper safety equipment and always maintain your gear.
Track Your Order
If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 3 days of submitting your order, please let us know by emailing [email protected] with your name and order number. Your email address is entered into the shipping information, and may have been incorrectly entered or blocked from certain Internet servers.
Please let us know as soon possible about any changes to your order. Email us at [email protected] or by using the Contact Us page. Although most changes can be made before 12 pm, we cannot guarantee that your order hasn’t been shipped already. We cannot make changes if your order has already been shipped.
What information does Zealous Downhill collect?
We receive and store any information you enter on our web site or give us in any other way. As much as possible we try to make the information we collect optional to you so you can choose what personal information to enter and what not to enter. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as shipping you your orders, responding to your requests, improving our website and products, and communicating with you.
What emails will I receive?
The only emails you will receive will be from responses to messages and details about your order. We don’t send out promotional emails to anyone unless they subscribe for a newsletter with an easy way to unsubscribe.
What information do we collect when I purchase from the store?
When you order, we need to know all the relevant information in order to get our goods to your door and communicate any information about your order to you. This includes your name and address for shipping and your email address to notify you of your order status. We do not collect credit card information on our website and all credit card information is stored on USAEpay, we never or see or have access to any credit card numbers.
