Expected Shipping Time All items are generally shipped within 1-3 business days after payment via USPS. We will do our best to contact a customer if an order will be delayed more than 3 days. If a product is out of stock the customer will be notified immediately.
We proactively monitor incoming orders for fraud risk and stolen credit cards. If our system flags your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone to verify your identity and order information. We do this to protect the card holder from possible fraud. This could delay your shipment, so please make sure to respond in a timely manner. If your order is flagged as extremely high risk, then we will cancel your order and refund the payment immediately.
-Any item without defects must be returned in new unused condition.
-Defective products will be replaced. Any item that has been abused in any way will not be returned. Abuse includes but is not limited to; riding in rain, salt or other rust inducing conditions, using bearings in wheels without proper spacing, disassembled bearings, new bearings used with old bearings or bearings from another brand, etc…
What do I need to do to return my item/s?
-In order to set up a return; email us at email@example.com
-Returned packages must be post-marked within 60 days of the original date of purchase.
-Please include a note in the package with the order number, your name, and phone number. Please specify whether it is a return or exchange.
-Please package the products up safely with adequate packing materials. Damaged products will not be returned.
-You are responsible to pay the shipping of the package back to our warehouse (address provided below) using the shipping method of your choice.
-As long as the item meets the guidelines of our return policy, we will refund you the cost of the item minus the shipping cost. If you decide to return an item and it does not match our Return Policy, please feel free to contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org.

Refunds are issued once your item(s) are received and we determine that they are not damaged or used. Returns must be received within 60 days of the original date of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Please be aware that once we issue your refund, it will take 3-7 business days for the banks to release your funds.
